Reach out to us via phone, email, or visit our campus in Kigali. Our admissions team will provide programme details, answer your questions, and schedule a campus tour.
Complete the application form and submit the required documents including birth certificate, previous school reports, and passport-sized photographs.
Your child will take an age-appropriate assessment in literacy and numeracy. This helps us understand their academic level and plan the best support.
A meeting with the admissions panel and parents/guardians. We want to understand your family's values and educational goals to ensure a great fit.
Upon acceptance, complete the enrollment process by paying the required fees and submitting final documentation. Welcome to the APAPEC IREBERO family!
Please prepare the following documents before starting the application process.
Available for download on our website or pick up at the school reception. All fields must be filled in clearly.
Download formOriginal or certified copy of the applicant's birth certificate. For children without birth certificates, a sworn affidavit is accepted.
Most recent two terms of academic report cards from the applicant's previous school (if applicable).
Four (4) recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant with a white background.
Copy of National ID card or passport of the parent/legal guardian enrolling the child.
Immunisation card and any relevant medical information, including allergies or chronic conditions, to ensure proper care.
Note: All documents can be submitted in person at our campus in Kigali or uploaded digitally through our online application portal. Originals will be returned after verification.
Transparent and competitive fees for the 2025-2026 academic year. All amounts are in Rwandan Francs (RWF).
Payment Plans: Fees can be paid in three (3) installments per academic year. A 5% discount applies to families paying the full annual fee before the start of each term.
Sibling Discount: A 10% discount on tuition is offered for each additional sibling enrolled at the school.
